An audio / visual interactive media instrument. Built by MASARY studios, Massively Distributed(MD) is an instrument for anyone to create artwork with that allows connection to others and place. The web-app interface is like a music sequencer or drum machine, allowing the opportunity to create thousands of varied compositions with audio and visual samples 100% recorded from Scottsdale, AZ.

Public and free to use, the web-app is accessible across smart phones, tablets, or computers. Submitted compositions are combined into each-other creating “Meta-Compositions”. The combined compositions are then publicly presented through large scale facade projection and sound for the public to see their own work and reimagine the sites and sounds of the local areas.
