The Community Committee

Beginning in the fall of 2024, we will establish a core of convening partners, offering opportunities for gathering, building relationships, and discussing the project.

Why Join?

  • Champion Local Perspectives: Amplify the values, voices, and unique perspectives of your community as the project takes shape.

  • Forge Meaningful Relationships: Tap into a network of visionaries invested in the power of public and magnify the project’s impact.

  • Shape a Lasting Legacy: Members play a pivotal role in informing how the project meets the public sphere, now and for the future.

If a bridge is a metaphor for conversation at a civic scale, then the Tobin is an epic dialogue, positioned at the confluence of generations—yesterday’s solutions meeting the realities of today.

  • Direct Impact: Members actively support fundraising activities to help achieve the project’s ambitious $10 million goal.

Whether as an Ambassador or a Co-Chair, involvement in this committee provides members with meaningful influence in Boston’s arts community and the satisfaction of directly contributing to a landmark public art project.
